Zentropy Games is striving hard to recapture that magical essence players felt in the golden age of home entertainment and blend it with the awesome power of modern gaming systems. A distant time when developers had to invest the time, love, creativity, and passion into the digital worlds they created to build captivating and immersive gaming experiences because they could not rely alone on amazing 4K HDR visuals running at 120 fps!

Our mission is simple: to seamlessly blend the passionate craft of immersive worldbuilding of yesteryear with the incredible scale and visual fidelity of the latest generation hardware to create a best-of-breed immersive gaming universe that give some of the AAA tiles a run for their money at a fraction of the cost.

Like many indie studios out there, we are not driven by shareholders or massive corporate marketing machines dictating the creative and technical direction we must travel. No, we are driven by a burning passion to bring a dream to life. In the case of the Titan Gaming Universe in which our titles are set, it is a dream our owner and CEO has held dear for over 30 years!

This passion fuels a creativity and a drive that touches every aspect of our work, from the grandest architectural choices to the finest, subtle details hidden in plain sight. Our work is invested with a level of care and attention to detail that it forms part of its very DNA.

The Titan Gaming Universe in which Project Titan: Infiltration resides has littereally been refined for decades and strong game lore paired with a deep backstory and attention to detail ensure the player truely feels they are spearheading a team to take down the mighty Titan Corporation!

The core leadership team of the studio have been playing games, building games, and building the IT systems that sit behind them for a very, very long time, and we are very passionate about, and very good at what we do.

We remember first had how it felt to truly lose yourself for hour, days, weeks or even months in a world powered largely by your imagination and are committed fully to recreating that experience in all aspects of the Titan Gaming Universe.

Someone who can demonstrate abilities to design, develop, and train AI models to meet project requirements. Proficient in ANN, ML, DL, GOAP, behaviour trees, and A* path finding solutions you will form a core part of the solution design, developing distributed AI solutions that can run both locally and within Azure.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skill in getting the best from Unit assets including Crest HDRP, Vegetation Studio Pro, Digger Pro, Microsplat Extensions, Enviro Pro, Nature Manufacturer. You will be taking the draft maps and biomes created in house and both optimising and polishing their fine detail to create genuine WOW factor!

A solid track record of maintaining and promoting a range of social media platforms for the PC game market, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Twitter. Will work closely with the Marketing Lead to present a cohesive message.

Must have a recent portfolio of multiple successful marketing campaigns within the gaming industry and able to quantify the results of those campaigns. Will work closely with the core development team and the Social Media Manager to increase awareness of the product and its ongoing development.

We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Taking existing concept art and prototype models and producing high poly, high fidelity PBR models and associated LODs. Multiple skin variations required per model, and you will work closely with concept artis, animators and riggers to produce game ready assets.
